OUR FEES

USERS

  • USD100 Registration Fee (one-time)

BUYERS / INVESTORS

  • Must be a Registered User

  • No Sourcing Fee charged for up to 5 products/services/business opportunities internationally

  • For additional request for sourcing, a Sourcing Fee of USD50 per product will be charged

  • For every successful transaction matched, user will get additional free sourcing of up to 5 products internationally

SELLERS

  • Must be a Registered User

  • Product Listing Fee: USD100 per product per year

  • Feature Product Fee: USD100 per 30 days (this is a marketing tool to increase visibility of your product on the main homepage)

  • For every successful transaction matched and shipped, user will get additional free sourcing of up to 5 products internationally

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY OFFERORS

  • Must be a Registered User

  • Business Opportunity Listing Fee: USD100 per business opportunity per year

  • Feature Product Fee: USD100 per 30 days (this is a marketing tool to increase visibility of your business opportunity on the main homepage)

  • For every successful transaction matched, a Business Matching Fee of 4% on agreed transaction amount (SIMPC has the right to review this on a case-by-case basis based on the nature of transaction)

SIMPC’s SCOPE OF WORK
01 FOR SELLERS:
  • Market your products globally and look for buyers

  • Bridge communication between you and the potential buyer(s)

  • Connect you to the potential buyer(s) upon confirmation of specifications and orders

  • Advise on cross-border trade and assist to seek the respective Governments’ facilitation should any cross-border issues arise

02 FOR BUYERS / INVESTORS:
  • Source for products globally based on the requirements provided by you

  • Bridge communication between you and the potential seller(s)

  • Connect you to the potential seller(s) upon confirmation of specifications and orders

  • Advise on cross-border trade and assist to seek the respective Governments’ facilitation should any cross-border issues arise

03 FOR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY OFFERORS:
  • Source for investors globally based on the requirements provided by you

  • Examples of Business Opportunities:

    • Contract Manufacturing

    • Distributorship

    • Franchise

    • Disposal of Business/Assets

    • Sale of Ready Stock

    • Takeover of Project

  • Bridge communication between you and the potential investor(s)

  • Connect you to the potential investor(s) upon confirmation of price and terms

  • Advise on cross-border trade and assist to seek the respective Governments’ facilitation should any cross-border issues arise

04 PROCESS – BUYING & SELLING
  1. Before any buying or selling or business matching can be activated, Buyers or Sellers must first register as a User

  2. Users will need to register with an email address and a password. Use this information to login to SIMPC every time in order to have full access to SIMPC website

  3. Thereafter, SIMPC will verify the form and send an email to User to arrange for payment. Once payment is received, User account will be activated

  4. Buyers/Investors: Sourcing enquiry through Buyers Form with basic details of company and interested product/service/business opportunity 

  5. Sellers: Listing of products through Sellers Form with detailed specifications

  6. Business Opportunity Offerors: Listing of business opportunities through Business Opportunity Form with detailed description with basic details of company and item with basic details of company and item

  7. Upon receiving Buyers’ Form, SIMPC Administrators will source for products on behalf of Buyers from our global network

  8. There will be no direct communication between Buyers & Sellers – all forms and messages will be moderated/translated by SIMPC Administrators before messages are sent to the other party. No contact details or company/product information is to be shared between Buyers and Sellers in messages unless approved by SIMPC Administrators

  9. Contact details will be released upon confirmation of orders between Buyers and Sellers and payment made to SIMPC (Business Matching Fee)

  10. Thereafter, communication between Buyer and Sellers on shipment arrangements will be done privately outside the SIMPC platform

  11. For every successful transaction matched, a Business Matching Fee of 4% (3% for SMITA members) on the final invoice values or USD100, whichever higher, will be charged to the seller on every transaction between you and the buyer(s) found and recommended to you by SIMPC. The Business Matching Fee should be paid to SIMPC upon confirmation of orders and before every shipment.

05  TERMS & CONDITIONS

SIMPC is a business matching platform and our main scope is to link up potential buyers and sellers in international trade.

Whilst we endeavor to convert every business matching request into a successful transaction, we shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred before, during and after the transit of the products from sellers to buyers under any circumstances.

The buyers and sellers shall arrange and be responsible for all export documentation, financing, shipment and payment of the orders.

We will advise on cross-border trade and assist to seek the respective Governments’ facilitation should any cross-border issues arise but we shall not be held responsible for any outcome and decision made beyond our control.

SIMPC reserves the right to blacklist or suspend any users who bypass SIMPC in transactions or are reported by other users to be dishonest. Request for refund of any fee paid to SIMPC will not be entertained under such circumstances.
